1. Who this policy covers
Probeli AI is operated by Probeli AI. "Probeli AI", "we", "us", and "our" refer to this business. This policy applies to subscriptions for the Probeli AI app at app.probeli.ai, described on our website at probeli.ai. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Payments and refund requests
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for unused time, unless required by law. Refund requests may be considered where applicable, including billing errors, rights under Paddle's buyer terms, or an early termination by Probeli AI covered by section 18.3 of our Terms of Service. That section's commitment to refund unused prepaid fees remains in effect.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and our reseller for subscription purchases. Paddle processes payments and eligible refunds. Paddle's terms for buyers also apply to your purchase; nothing in this policy limits rights under those terms.
For billing or refund questions, contact Probeli AI support at [email protected]. Include your account email, the relevant invoice or transaction reference and the reason for your request. Do not send full card details. We will review your request and coordinate with Paddle where applicable. You can also contact Paddle buyer support.
3. Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription in your workspace's billing settings to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access under your plan continues until then.
Cancellation does not automatically refund already-paid subscription periods. Deleting a workspace or account has different consequences, explained in sections 9 and 18 of our Terms of Service.
4. Plan changes and mandatory rights
A prorated credit resulting from a plan change is applied to your Paddle credit balance for future bills; it is not a cash refund. See section 9.4 of our Terms of Service.
Any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights, remain unaffected. This policy does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
