Each keyword shows whether a page of your site already covers it.
A keyword run reads what your site and your competitors rank for on Google, and adds ideas around your topics. Every keyword comes with its searches, difficulty, intent and coverage.
The keyword library for Webflow as the example brand: 2 of 6 topics and 40.9K of 86.8K monthly searches covered by a page of the site, the topics rail, and the keywords of the topic “Small business websites” with their monthly searches, difficulty, intent, coverage and priority.
Related keywords are grouped into topics, each led by its main keyword. Coverage shows which ones a page of your site already answers, so the gaps stand out.

What the competitors you track rank for in your market, next to your own keywords.
Every keyword with its monthly searches, how hard it is to rank for and what the searcher wants.
1 to 5 keyword runs a month on the plans that write, and 1 in the free trial.
Next to search keywords, the AI prompts tab lists your tracked prompts whose latest answer leaves your brand out on at least one engine. Create article carries the prompt into a new article.
A sample AI answer from Perplexity to “What's the best website builder for a small business?” that names Wix, Squarespace and Framer but not Webflow, the example brand, then the Create article action and the draft it starts: “How to choose a website builder for a small business”.
An answer that names competitors but not you, and the article that answers the same question.
The Prompts page with Webflow as the example brand: 20 tracked buyer questions asked daily on four AI engines, 2,184 answers in 30 days, each prompt with its visibility, and the newest prompt waiting for the next daily run.
Each with its visibility on every engine, so the gaps are easy to spot.
The gaps come from the prompts you already track on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Perplexity.
Each daily run refreshes which prompts still leave you out.
The tab uses no keyword run. An article counts only when you start one.
Keywords you haven't planned wait in the calendar's pool. Drag one onto a day, or choose Add to…, and it becomes a planned article.
The content calendar of Webflow as the example brand: this month in month view with an article planned every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the earlier ones published or ready as drafts, and the Autopilot card on, writing 3 drafts a week for WordPress and showing how many of the month's articles it uses.
Each publishing day with its topic: published, ready as a draft, being written or scheduled.
Your prompts asked on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Perplexity every day, every answer read.

A keyword run reads the keywords your site and your competitors rank for on Google, adds keyword ideas, and groups them into topics with their monthly searches, difficulty and intent. Keyword runs a month: 1 on Grow, 2 on Pro and 5 on Scale, 1 during the free trial and none on Track. Next to them, the AI prompts tab lists your tracked prompts whose latest answer leaves your brand out.
Yes, at any time, within your plan's limits. Owners and admins can add, edit, archive and restore prompts, and add or stop tracking competitors. New and edited prompts are asked in the next daily run, and the app tells you when that is.
Competitor changes reach back in time: Probeli AI re-analyzes the stored text of your past answers in the background, so a new competitor's history fills in. Nothing is lost when you archive a prompt or remove a competitor. Probeli AI also suggests prompts, and the brands AI mentions that you don't track yet.
English, French, German and Spanish. You pick the language and the country with each keyword, so a workspace can write for several markets, and the research reads the results of that country.
One article is one finished draft: research, brief, writing, fact check, FAQ, structured data, images and internal links. It counts when it's delivered. One that fails or that you cancel doesn't count, so trying it again costs nothing extra. If our data provider is down while an article is being researched, the article shows "Waiting for the data provider" and tries again by itself for a few hours. It's still the same article, so the wait never counts as another one.
A redo of an article counts as one. Refreshes never do: a refresh of a published article and suggestions for a page you already have use a refresh (5 a month on Grow, 10 on Pro, 100 on Scale). AI edits in the editor have their own monthly count too (60 on Grow, 100 on Pro, 750 on Scale).
Grow includes 15 articles a month, Pro 30 and Scale 150, and the free trial 3. Track tracks only and writes no articles. Unused articles don't carry over to the next month.
