The content calendar of Webflow as the example brand: this month in month view with an article planned every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, the earlier ones published or ready as drafts, and the Autopilot card on, writing 3 drafts a week for WordPress and showing how many of the month's articles it uses.

Calendar

## Every article of the month *on one calendar.*

Planned, writing, drafted and published articles by day, with topics from your keyword research. *Set your publishing days and pace once; on a young site the plan never stacks up a burst of new pages.*

### Your month at a glance

Each publishing day with its article, and the Autopilot card with what it will use.

### Your rules, set once

When to publish, how often, to which site, and whether finished articles stay drafts.

- ### Planning is free
Only writing uses an article, when Autopilot starts one on its date.
- ### Shows what it will use
Before you turn it on, the calendar counts the month's articles it will write.
- ### Stops with a reason
No topics left, the allowance used, a failed payment: it pauses, emails you and says what restarts it.

On the day

## Drafts on their dates, *published when you say.*

Autopilot writes each planned article on its date and emails you when drafts are ready. *Auto-publish is off by default; switch it on and articles that pass the quality check go to your site.*

- Webhook

The stages of a sample article for Webflow as the example brand: research read 18 of 20 pages and kept 42 facts, the brief planned 6 sections, a person approved it, then the sections, the fact review, the FAQ and meta and the images were done.

### One destination per workspace

Connect your site once. Anything else works by webhook, or by copying the article as HTML or Markdown.

- ### Drafts ready, by email
At most once a day, the drafts Autopilot wrote, each with a link to publish it.
- ### Needs review stays a draft
An article the quality check flags never publishes itself, even with auto-publish on.
- ### Refresh declining articles
When a published article loses AI citations, Autopilot can refresh it with one of your monthly refreshes.

## Questions about *autopilot.*

**Do I approve articles before they go live?**

Yes. Every article arrives as a draft. You read it, edit it in the editor (or ask for an AI edit of a passage, a section or one of its subsections) and publish it when it's ready.

Autopilot plans and writes articles on a schedule you set, and shows what it will cost before it starts. By default its articles arrive as drafts too.

**Which sites can Probeli AI publish to?**

WordPress (your own site or WordPress.com), Webflow, Shopify and Wix: connect your site once in the workspace settings and publish an article from the editor. A webhook sends finished articles to any other system you run.

Anything else works by hand: copy an article as HTML or Markdown, download it, or export every article at once as a zip file.

**Can Probeli AI keep published articles up to date?**

Yes. A refresh reads a published article against fresh results, rewrites its weak sections and adds what's missing, and leaves the parts you edited alone. You see every change before you publish it. A refresh uses one of your monthly refreshes, never an article, and gives it back if nothing needed changing. Grow includes 5 refreshes a month, Pro 10 and Scale 100, and the free trial 3. Track writes no articles, so it has no refreshes. Suggestions for one of your own pages draw on the same count.

With fact checks on, about once a month Probeli AI also reads the sources behind a published article's dated claims again, up to 8 pages, and updates the numbers that changed. A sentence you edited is flagged, never changed. A fact check doesn't use an article.

**What counts as one article?**

One article is one finished draft: research, brief, writing, fact check, FAQ, structured data, images and internal links. It counts when it's delivered. One that fails or that you cancel doesn't count, so trying it again costs nothing extra. If our data provider is down while an article is being researched, the article shows "Waiting for the data provider" and tries again by itself for a few hours. It's still the same article, so the wait never counts as another one.

A redo of an article counts as one. Refreshes never do: a refresh of a published article and suggestions for a page you already have use a refresh (5 a month on Grow, 10 on Pro, 100 on Scale). AI edits in the editor have their own monthly count too (60 on Grow, 100 on Pro, 750 on Scale).

Grow includes 15 articles a month, Pro 30 and Scale 150, and the free trial 3. Track tracks only and writes no articles. Unused articles don't carry over to the next month.
